We had a job that needed to be done pretty quick and David was wonderful and jumped right on it while we waited. I know that this is not the norm to have it done while you wait but we were very happy that he was able to do that for us. David was very kind and helpful and was glad to help us! It’s hard to get great customer service these days and David was exceptional!

One of the key features and success of any business is communication in my opinion. If you're always informed throughout the process then it is so much better. For any construction, there is always something that can happen. This is where communication plays an important role. I have zero complaints with Franklin Sign. They were always very responsive and I never felt ignored. They did a great job on our community sign and I feel that it definitely stands out amongst other communities. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!
